Julia Blackburn

Julia Blackburn serves as the Associate Vice President of Nursing and Patient Services at UF Health since June 2022, contributing to the flagship hospital, which ranks among the top 50 programs nationwide. Prior to this role, Julia held significant positions at UK HealthCare, including eICU Operations Director, responsible for implementing eICU systems and monitoring ICU patients, and Executive Director of Neurosciences, where oversight of nursing operations, strategic partnerships, and budget accountability was key. Julia's academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice and an MSN in Nurse Executive Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, as well as a BSN from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
