Keith Hawkins

Keith Hawkins has extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as Corporate Manager for IT Desktop Support at UF Health and UF Health Central Florida since November 2012. Prior to these roles, Keith held the position of Technical Support Supervisor at PowerOne from January 2004 to January 2012, overseeing the installation of new technologies and managing telecommunications systems. Early career experience includes roles as Telecommunications Technician at SunTech Communications, Ameri Coin Communications, and Direct Connect Communications, where Keith specialized in technical support and installation for various telecommunications systems, particularly in correctional facilities. Keith holds a B.A.S. in Organizational Management with a focus on Computer Information Technology and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management, both from Lake-Sumter State College.
