Lindsay Higgins

Lindsay Higgins, BSN, RN, CPEN, currently serves as the Pediatric Emergency Department RN Coordinator and Pediatric Emergency Nurse at UF Health since July 2017. As a co-founder of Riverbend Electric since January 2020 and Legacy Events 119 from September 2012 to December 2021, Lindsay brings entrepreneurial expertise to the healthcare field. Additionally, Lindsay has held academic roles at Santa Fe College as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Professor of Nursing from October 2021 to August 2024. Previous nursing experience includes positions at Coliseum Health System, Primary Pediatrics, P.C., Mercer University, and Children's Medical Center. Lindsay is pursuing a Master of Education in Education Technology and Instructional Design at Western Governors University, building upon a BSN from Chamberlain University and foundational education from Darton College and Florida Gateway College.
