Lynda Cramer

Lynda Cramer is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in perioperative and surgical services management. Currently serving as the Director of Perioperative Services at UF Health since January 2022, Lynda previously held the position of Manager of Surgical Services at Hennepin Healthcare, overseeing operations at Minnesota's leading level one trauma center. Additional roles include Patient Care Supervisor for preoperative and PACU services at Children's Minnesota, Supervisor at UnitedHealth Group's RN call center, and House Supervisor at Holly Hill Hospital. Lynda's earlier career at WakeMed as a Clinical Administrator involved facilitating patient care within a comprehensive hospital system. Lynda holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Bethel University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Winston-Salem State University.
