Oluwadamilola Onifade

Oluwadamilola (Lola) Onifade, RN MHA, currently serves as a Quality Improvement Specialist-Transplant at UF Health since May 2022, previously holding the role of Quality Data Abstractor for Peds NSQIP. Prior experience includes a position as a Registered Nurse at Sanford Health from March 2020 to May 2022 and a Quality Assurance Intern at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in mid-2019, where collaboration with the Chest Pain and Stroke Coordinator ensured compliance with accreditation standards. Contributions to Georgia Southern University as a Graduate Assistant involved data collection and analysis for rural health assessments. Earlier roles included staff nurse and midwife positions at Emel Hospital and Maternal and Child Center, along with serving as a Secretary during the National Youth Service Corps to promote public health awareness. Ola earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Obafemi Awolowo University.
