Oluwadamilola (Lola) Onifade, RN MHA, currently serves as a Quality Improvement Specialist-Transplant at UF Health since May 2022, previously holding the role of Quality Data Abstractor for Peds NSQIP. Prior experience includes a position as a Registered Nurse at Sanford Health from March 2020 to May 2022 and a Quality Assurance Intern at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in mid-2019, where collaboration with the Chest Pain and Stroke Coordinator ensured compliance with accreditation standards. Contributions to Georgia Southern University as a Graduate Assistant involved data collection and analysis for rural health assessments.
