Dale Drake

Dale Drake is an experienced professional in air traffic control and management with a robust background in military and aviation operations. Currently serving as Director of ATC Sales at UFA, Inc., Dale previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at the Air Force Cyberspace and Air Traffic Control Association and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the same organization. In notable roles at the Air Force Flight Standards Agency, Dale led the development and implementation of air traffic strategy and training policies for over 3,000 personnel, and served as Chief of USAF Air Traffic Control Operations & Training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Leadership from Ashford University and various degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, alongside Project Management training. Dale’s extensive leadership experience encompasses managing significant operations, enhancing training programs, and achieving strategic goals within the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense.
