Alex Handfinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, facilitation, and community services. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency and a Facilitation Coach at UFacilitate since 2020, Alex specializes in guiding leaders to create transformative experiences. Previously, Alex held various roles such as Nutrition Outreach Manager at the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance, where responsibilities included recruiting and training partner organizations, and Grants Foundation Coordinator at the Arkansas Foodbank, raising over $1.5 million for hunger relief initiatives. With a strong educational background in Public Health and Public Service from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the Clinton School of Public Service, and a BA in Sociology with a focus on International Development from the University of Florida, Alex's work is characterized by a commitment to community needs and innovative engagement strategies.
