With a background in Human Resources and Coaching, Nathalia has extensive experience in designing and implementing learning experiences and organizational development strategies. Nathalia has also worked as a Profesor universitario at CIAP UCAB and in various HR roles in different industries. Nathalia holds a Magister en RRHH y RRII from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has completed multiple certifications in Programación Neurolingüística and Coaching.
