Florence Gros

Florence GROS is an experienced professional currently serving as Déléguée régionale Nouvelle-Aquitaine at Ufcv since February 2022. Previously, Florence held the position of Responsable de territoire at Les Petits Chaperons Rouges from September 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of educational projects and managing childcare directors and coordinators. Additional experience includes serving as Coordinatrice Ile-de-France, managing multiple crèches, and working as a Formatrice at EFPP - Ecole de Formation Psycho-Pédagogique, where teaching was provided to students in early childhood education. Florence also served as Chef de projets Petite Enfance at Crèches Expansion, developing childcare structures, and as Chef de projets soins cosmétiques at Yves Rocher, managing the launch of a new cosmetics brand. Florence GROS holds a MASTER in European Business Studies with a specialization in marketing from KEDGE Business School, where studies commenced in 1993.
