Kelly Dick has extensive experience in labor relations and union activities, currently serving as a Union Representative at United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW Canada) since January 1994. Previous roles include Union Organizer/Steward and multiple leadership positions, such as President of the Waterloo Regional Labour Council from January 2012 to September 2021. Kelly's background includes significant experience in retail management at Loblaw Companies Limited and regional organizing for the Ontario Federation of Labour. Additionally, Kelly was an MPP candidate for the Ontario New Democratic Party in 2017 and held the position of Resource Mobilization Officer-Labour at United Way Kitchener Waterloo & Area. Education includes a focus on Business Marketing and Management from Conestoga College, a Retail Food Certificate from Clifford Evans Training Centre, and a diploma in Aesthetics from Gina's School of Aesthetics and Electrolysis. Continuing education culminated with attendance at the Labour College of Canada from 2019 to 2022.
