Alison B. Kaster

Alison Kaster is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Business Unit Leader for Small Business at UFG Insurance since October 2006. Additionally, Alison has held multiple leadership roles at UFG, including Vice President of UFG Online and Vice President of the PMO. Prior to UFG, experience includes working as a Methods Analyst at EMC Insurance Companies from June 2001 to September 2006. Alison holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Business Management from Luther College, obtained in 2001.
