Chad Gienau

Chad Gienau has a strong background in the field of database administration and process automation. Chad started their career at Aegon in 2012, where they worked as an Application Database Administrator and System and Database Administrator until 2020. In 2020, they joined UFG Insurance as a Senior DBA I, specializing in database management. Chad then moved up to become a Process and Automation Technical Lead in 2022, overseeing the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives. Currently, they are working at UFG Insurance as the Manager of DevOps, Process Automation, and Application Administration, where they are responsible for managing and coordinating various technology-related projects.

Chad Gienau obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Support Specialist from Kirkwood Community College, where they attended from 2007 to 2018.
