Ericka Piercy

Ericka Piercy, MBA, has gained valuable work experience in the field of human resources and retail management. Ericka joined UFG Insurance in 2018, starting as an Employee Relations Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Business Partner in June 2020. Prior to that, Ericka worked as an HR Intern (Temp) at Ron Carter - Alvin for a brief period in 2018. Before entering the field of HR, they served as an Assistant Retail Manager at Justice from June 2013 to December 2017.

Ericka Piercy, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Ericka'sfocus of study during their MBA program was Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to their graduate studies, Ericka earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources, from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Ericka obtained their undergraduate degree between 2014 and 2018.
