Haylie Canterbury MSL has a diverse work experience. Haylie started their career in 2016 at Mount Mercy University, where they worked as an Academic Records Specialist until 2018. Haylie then transitioned to the role of Financial Aid Counselor until 2019 and later became an Assistant Registrar until 2020. In 2020, Haylie joined Kirkwood Community College as a Student Support Specialist II and then became an Academic Advisor until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Associate Commercial Lines Underwriter at UFG Insurance.

Haylie Canterbury MSL completed their Master of Strategic Leadership degree at Mount Mercy University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution from 2011 to 2016.
