Jared White

Jared White started their work experience in 2017 as a Front Desk Staff at Coe College, where they checked in students and members at the recreation center and maintained the cleanliness of the facility. Jared also conducted research in Baseball Analytics, specifically studying the trade-offs between a pitch's attributes and location using R programming. In 2018, Jared became the Freshman Baseball Coach at Kennedy High School, where they coached and mentored young baseball players, assisted with charting and stat keeping, and developed strategies. In 2022, they worked as a Data Analyst at UFG Insurance before transitioning to a Teaching Assistant role at the University of Iowa College of Public Health in 2022-2023. In 2023, Jared joined UFG Insurance as a Data Scientist I.

Jared White's education history begins in 2013 when they attended John F. Kennedy High School. After completing high school in 2017, they enrolled at Coe College where they studied Mathematics and Economics until 2021. Following their undergraduate studies, Jared embarked on a Master of Science degree in Biostatistics at the University of Iowa College of Public Health, which started in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2023.
