Lauren Baskerville, CPCU has a diverse work experience. Lauren started their career at UFG Insurance in June 2013 as a Personal Lines Assistant and later transitioned to become a Personal Lines Customer Service Technician in November 2013. Lauren then moved on to become a Personal Lines Underwriter in September 2016, and most recently held the position of Product Analyst from March 2019. In January 2023, Lauren started their own business, Lauren Baskerville, LLC, where they currently work as a Digital Business Manager.

Lauren Baskerville, CPCU, has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College, which was obtained from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications. These include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2022, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from The Institutes, obtained in September 2021, and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes, obtained in August 2016.
