Mark McKibben has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Mark started their career at Applied Systems, Inc in 1997 as a Senior Support Technician Level 2, where they troubleshooted escalated issues and provided guidance to other technicians. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of Software Testing Analyst at the same company, where they tested program modules, wrote SQL scripts, and executed test plans. In 2006, they joined Planet Discover as a Data Analyst III, maintaining a national database, monitoring database applications, and identifying and correcting problems. In 2012, they moved on to Mercy Medical Center as a Business Intelligence Developer III, where they collaborated with stakeholders to analyze and write reports for the Epic software. Finally, in 2019, they joined UFG Insurance as a Senior Database Administrator.
Mark McKibben completed their education as follows:
- From 1992 to 1994, they attended Webster City High School and obtained a High School Diploma.
- From 1994 to 1997, they studied at Kirkwood Community College, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.
- Mark then attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1997 to 2001, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
