Michael then transitioned to Pearson, where they served as a Program Manager, responsible for developing technology product solutions and overseeing operations administration.

After that, Larson joined Transamerica as a Manager of IT Project Management, overseeing the Underwriting Modernization initiative and implementing process improvements.
