Mike Gauger

Mike Gauger is a seasoned Network Support Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently employed at UFG Insurance since November 2018, Mike provides critical support in network operations. Since September 1994, Mike has been at Verizon, delivering 2nd and 3rd level support for the Business Voice over IP solution, overseeing a global infrastructure of over 200 servers. Notable accomplishments include testing and installing operating system and application upgrades in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Previously, from April 1984 to September 1994, Mike served in the United States Air Force as a Database Administrator and Unisys System Programmer, where responsibilities included developing secure combat support information systems and optimizing mainframe performance.
