Mol Kelly Dybvig

Kelly Dybvig, MOL has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2006, they worked at Mercy Medical Center as a Quality Improvement Coordinator, where they recruited, trained, and led a team of clinic employees to revamp the clinic staff and culture. In 2011, they joined MercyCare Community Physicians as an Associate Director of Operations, ensuring consistency and quality in clinic operations while also serving as a liaison between owned specialty clinic and external providers.

In 2012, Kelly returned to Mercy Medical Center as an Education Manager, overseeing the Training Project for Epic Big Bang Implementation and supervising 36 instructional designers. Kelly later became the Director of Organizational Development, mentoring and coaching employees and managing the department's operations.

Kelly then joined MercyOne: Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics in 2016, first as a Network Clinic Operations Leader, responsible for creating a culture of innovation and leading clinic teams in creating quality processes. Kelly was later promoted to Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the operations and development of the hospital.

In 2019, Kelly moved to the Marion Public Library, where they served as the Deputy Library Director, drafting policies, directing library operations, and managing human resources and employee relations. Currently, they are working as the HR Manager of Organizational Development at UFG Insurance, utilizing their expertise in HR and organizational development.

Throughout their career, Kelly has consistently demonstrated their leadership abilities and a focus on improving processes, employee engagement, and patient outcomes.

Kelly Dybvig obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa between 1997 and 2002. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Kelly completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at St. Ambrose University.
