Stefano Gava

Stefano Gava has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Stefano started their career at Permasteelisa Group as an Assistant Account Manager in 2004 and eventually became the Asia-Pacific Treasurer and later the Asia-Pacific CFO. In 2015, they joined UFI Filters Group as the Group CFO and served in that position until 2020. Stefano then took on the role of President & COO - Americas until 2022, when they became the Chief Operating Officer - EMEA. Currently, Gava is the Group CEO of UFI Filters Group. In addition to their role at UFI Filters Group, Gava is also a Member of the Board of Directors at BeonD S.r.l.

Stefano Gava completed an Executive Program in 2019 from Singularity University in San Jose, USA. Prior to that, they studied Economics at the Università degli Studi di Udine in Italy from 1999 to 2003.
