Lauren Young

Lauren Young has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as an Agency Customer Care Representative at uFinancial Group since August 2014. Prior work includes a role as a Substitute Receptionist at Penn State University from August 2011 to July 2014, where responsibilities involved handling calls and assisting students and staff. Additionally, Lauren was the Kitchen Manager at Something Grilled from 2007 to July 2014, demonstrating leadership and teamwork in a high-pressure environment. A brief internship at Berks Counseling Center in late 2013 focused on marketing and graphic design, including writing press releases and managing fundraising events. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks, completed in 2014.
