Fernando Mazariegos

Fernando Mazariegos currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at UFINET, leading a global transformation plan with a multidisciplinary team focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Previously, Fernando held various leadership roles including Country Manager in Paraguay and Regional Commercial Manager for El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, where responsibilities included business plan execution, client portfolio management, and strategic positioning. Fernando's earlier experience includes a commercial manager role at Gas Natural Fenosa Telecomunicaciones, a consultant position at the Ministry of Finance of Ecuador, and project leadership at Union Fenosa Redes de Telecomunicación. Fernando holds an MBA with a focus on Industry and Technology from INCAE Business School and graduated as an Electronic Engineer from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
