Anil Ojha

Anil Ojha currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance at UFLEX Limited, a position held since March 2025, overseeing all aspects of the Finance and Treasury Department, including project term loans, corporate loans, working capital, and banking relationships. Prior experience includes roles as AGM-Finance at Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd and BC Jindal Group, as well as Assistant General Manager in Treasury at Earth Water Ltd, and Sr. Manager of Treasury at Lava International Limited. Anil began a finance career at Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited, where the role was Dy. Manager of Finance from 2002 to 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from NIMS University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Treasury and Forex Management from The ICFAI University, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, along with ongoing studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
