Hemant Gupta

Hemant Gupta has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Hemant currently serves as the Global Head of IT Applications at UFLEX Limited since November 2022. Before that, they were the Founder of Navigdata Analytics Solutions from August 2021 to October 2022. Hemant has also worked at Oracle, where they held various roles such as Principal Product Manager, Strategy/Management from June 2018 to March 2021, Consulting Technical Manager from July 2017 to June 2018, and Senior Principal Consultant from October 2010 to June 2018. Prior to Oracle, they worked as the SCM Practice Manager at Emerson from June 2009 to October 2010. Hemant also has experience as a Principal Consultant at Oracle from November 2007 to May 2010 and as a Senior Consultant at Intelligroup Asia Pvt Ltd. from April 2006 to November 2007. Hemant'scareer started as a Consultant at Polaris Software Labs from June 2002 to April 2006.

Hemant Gupta pursued an Executive Program in General Management at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a PGDM in Finance at India Institute of Management Kozhikode from 2000 to 2002.
