Sameet Gambhir

Sameet Gambhir currently serves as the Sr. Vice President & Group Head of Legal at UFLEX Limited since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sameet held the position of VP (Corporate Law) & Company Secretary at DCM Shriram LTD from March 2015 to May 2024 and was the Group Company Secretary & Compliance Lead at Schneider Electric from December 2013 to March 2015. Sameet's extensive career began in 1994 with Mahaan Foods Ltd, and included significant roles at KPMG India Pvt Ltd, Hill & Associates, and Mayar India Limited, focusing on corporate legal compliance, company secretarial duties, and statutory matters. Educational qualifications include an LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and various certifications from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, complemented by ongoing leadership training at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
