Chief Operating Officer at uFlexReward

Leigh Bornstein is the Chief Operating Officer for uFlexReward.  Leigh also leads the Client Engagement team and is responsible for driving the end-to-end client experience strategy and ongoing delivery of the uFlexReward platform. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of uFlexReward client success and client relationship touchpoints; such as sales, project management, product implementation oversight, product strategy and customer success strategy; whilst overseeing the development of the company’s strategic direction and product roadmap.

Leigh puts clients’ needs first; having had approximately 10+ years’ experience developing and maintaining global SME and stakeholder relationships, to ensure positive product implementation to over 100,000 employees spanning 100 countries.  She has been the key lead on the successful global launch of six global Total Reward System projects; and developed and maintained key external supplier relationships in India, China, Romania, and Canada to facilitate system development and deployments.

Prior to uFlexReward, Leigh spent time coaching and mentoring up-and-coming talent and leading large, multi-national, multi-stakeholder HR and reward transformation projects for clients; having previously worked for Unilever, Xerox/Buck Consultants, Conduent and Endava.
