Kaushik Mamania has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles in the engineering field. Kaushik started their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at Marconi Selenia Communications, where they developed the Human Machine Interface for a new Tetra phone and worked on the retrieval of keys for secure communication.
In 2003, they joined Internet Trends as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in networking projects and working on protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, IGMP, PIM, RSVP, LDP, and ASON.
Moving forward, in 2005, they became a Team Leader at DG2L Technologies, overseeing software development efforts, product support, and the design and deployment of new features for their digital cinema system.
In 2008, Kaushik joined UFO Moviez India Limited as an Engineering Manager and progressively grew in roles, becoming an Associate Vice President, then Vice President, and finally Senior Vice President of Engineering.
In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Zinglin Media Pvt Ltd.
Additionally, in 2008, they briefly worked as a Group Manager and Actor at Prarambh Performing Arts.
