Shailesh then moved on to Citi Technology Services, where they continued to fulfill similar responsibilities. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Reliance Infra Ltd., focusing on project finance and government funding. At Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited, they served as a Deputy Manager, conducting quality assurance audits and analyzing project scenarios. Currently, at UFO Moviez India Limited, Talkar holds the position of Senior Manager - Analytics & Sales Enhancement Strategist, utilizing their expertise to drive sales and enhance business strategies.
