Siddharth Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Siddharth started their career in 1996 as a Sales Engineer at Exide Industries Limited, where they were responsible for business development and sales in Northern India. In 1998, they joined Elf Lubricants India Limited as an Area Manager. In 2004, they transitioned to the telecommunications industry and joined Bharti Airtel Limited as a Senior Manager, eventually becoming the Circle Head for the SME Business in Punjab. In 2006, Siddharth joined Reliance Retail Limited as an AGM for Retail Operations. Siddharth then moved to Reliance Broadcast Network Limited in 2008, initially serving as the Regional Director for North Operations and later becoming the Vice President for the North region, overseeing various business verticals. In 2011, they joined Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd as the National Sales Head for the Radio Business. Finally, in 2012, Siddharth joined UFO Moviez India Limited as the CMO and National Sales Head for the Enterprise sector.
Siddharth Bhardwaj began their education in 1977 at the Convent of Jesus & Mary in Ambala Cantt, where they completed their 10th grade. Siddharth then attended Army School in Ambala Cantt from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained their AISSCE degree with a focus on English, Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. In 1989, Siddharth enrolled at Shivaji University and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1993. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, they attended the Institute of Management Studies and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma and an MBA degree in Business Administration. In 2017, Siddharth briefly attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for executive education, focusing on developing and managing brands.
