Faisal Tufail

Faisal Tufail is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and mobile financial services sectors, currently serving as the Regional Head of MFS Retail/SME South at Ufone since March 2013. In this role, Faisal manages mobile financial service products in the South and Baluchistan regions, focusing on achieving targets for domestic remittance and UBP through retail channels. Previously, Faisal held a franchisee position at CMPak from July 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities included establishing a Zong Franchise named Teleworld, managing a sales and distribution team, and developing over 600 retail points and 70 key accounts. Faisal's career also includes a role as Assistant Manager S&D at Telenor Pakistan from June 2005 to May 2010, overseeing a team focused on corporate and key distributor accounts while ensuring high-quality customer care, and starting as a Customer Service Officer at Mobilink from January 2004 to June 2005, where lead generation for corporate packages was a primary duty.
