Muhammad Ashfaq

Muhammad Ashfaq possesses extensive experience in network management and operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Network and Service Operations Center (NOC/SOC) at Ufone since April 2008. With proficiency in managing large-scale networks involving over 30,000 radio nodes and 15,000 transmission nodes, Muhammad has demonstrated leadership by training and overseeing a team of 30+ NOC engineers. Key achievements include integrating EMS servers with NMS servers, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring network performance meets agreed service level agreements. Muhammad's prior roles include managerial and engineering positions at both Ufone and Huawei, where responsibilities encompassed performance analysis, operations coordination, and team training. Educational qualifications include an MSC in Electronics from Quaid-e-Azam University, along with various trainings in project management and networking.
