Muhammad Zubair Chishti, CFE, CICA has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Muhammad Zubair is currently serving as the Director Retail Sales at Ufone 4G. Prior to this, they held various managerial roles at Telenor. Muhammad Zubair managed the Sales Team of Lahore & Sheikhupura District, overseeing a portfolio of over PKR 1 Billion Mobile Financial Services and PKR 150 Million Mobile Top Up. Muhammad Zubair also headed the Sales Team of the Bahawalpur Belt, Multan Region, KPK & Gilgit Baltistan, and DI KHAN & Abbotabad belts. In these roles, they were responsible for revenue growth, customer acquisition, franchise management, distribution management, product availability, and customer servicing. Muhammad also served as the Assistant Manager Operation (Sales & Distribution), Assistant Manager Channel Operations & Planning, Assistant Manager Fraud & Risk Management, Fraud Control Specialist, Fraud Control Executive, Fraud Control Officer, and Customer Relation Officer at Telenor Pakistan. Overall, their experience spans over 15 years in various positions within the telecommunications industry.

Muhammad Zubair Chishti, CFE, CICA completed a Management Development Program in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in 2015. In 2010, they obtained a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) degree from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a CICA (Certified Internal Controls Auditor) degree from the Institute of Internal Controls, specializing in Audit and Finance. In 2006, Chishti earned a MCS (Master of Computer Sciences) degree from Pak-Aims.
