Toufiq Rehman Shaikh has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Toufiq Rehman started their career at Mobilink GSM Franchise as a Franchise Manager, where they also served as a Finance Manager. Toufiq Rehman then worked at Warid Telecom, initially as a Customer Service Representative before moving up to various managerial roles such as Acting Business Center Manager, Business Center Supervisor/Incharge, CS Franchise Support, and Business Center Manager (Sr. Executive). At Mobilink, Toufiq worked as an Area Sales Manager and later as a Zonal Customer Care Manager. Currently, they are employed at Ufone 4G as a Regional Director Retail Sales. Toufiq has extensive experience in managing teams, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing company strategies.

Toufiq Rehman Shaikh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Economics from the same university in 2006.
