Dr Theodora Ephson

Dr. Theodora Ephson began their career in 2016 as a Medical Doctor at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Dr Theodora then transitioned to a role as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in March 2020, and subsequently worked as a Senior Associate Consultant and Consultant until September 2022. In March 2023, they joined Ufonia as the Head of Growth.

Dr. Theodora Ephson completed their education with a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci) degree in Medical Science from the University of Nottingham, which they pursued from 2011 to 2014. Dr Theodora then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) degree in Medicine, which they completed from 2011 to 2016.

Afterward, Dr. Ephson pursued further specialization in the field of public health and completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Imperial College London from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) in May 2018.
