Xanthoula Makri

Xanthoula Makri is a dedicated medical student at the University of Exeter, pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Xanthoula has gained extensive experience in leadership and administration, currently serving as a Call Reviewer and Administrator at Ufonia since October 2022. Previous roles include Treasurer and Social Media Lead for the University of Exeter Medical Leadership and Management Society and Social Media Lead for the University of Exeter Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society. Xanthoula has also contributed to various student initiatives, serving as an Open Day Marshal, Student Mentor, and holding multiple positions within medical societies. Additional experience includes working as a Healthcare Assistant at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust and participating as a debate finalist at the Institute of Medical Ethics. Xanthoula's educational background includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma at Anatolia College and a High School Diploma, completed in June 2019.
