Russ Shaw

Russ Shaw is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in sales management. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for the Factory Built Southeast Division at UFP Factory-Built since January 2020, Russ previously held a similar role at Universal Forest Products, Inc. from January 2005 to January 2020, where responsibilities included staffing, coaching, and developing sales personnel, as well as managing sales budgets and performance evaluation. Prior to this, Russ was a Senior Account Executive at Merial, A Sanofi Company from January 2004 to November 2005. Russ holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Valdosta State University, earned between 1984 and 1986.
