Lyle D.

Lyle D. has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Lyle started their career as an Account Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where they managed a large territory in eastern North Carolina and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Lyle then moved on to become the North American Inside Sales Manager, responsible for administrating employees in the Account Management Center and promoting the Customer Call Service Center. Lyle also served as a Sales Manager in the Philadelphia market, managing a team of Account Managers and developing future promotions within the Menlo Worldwide group. Lyle later took on the role of Area Sales Manager, efficiently managing Account Managers and sales budgets in the North East market. Lyle's most recent position was as the Director of Sales & Marketing at UFP Packaging (previously Container Systems), where they developed and implemented strategies to promote the company brand. Currently, Lyle is serving as the Director of Operations at UFP Packaging, responsible for overseeing the overall management and coordination of production, sales, and administration functions.

Lyle D. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Lees-McRae College from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Oak Ridge Military Academy from 1988 to 1991, receiving a high school diploma. In 2012, Lyle attended Guilford Technical Community College for the Defense Contractor Academy via NCMBC program, but did not earn a degree. In addition to their formal education, Lyle obtained certification as a Red Cross First Aid Certified from the American Red Cross.
