Jason Estep

Jason Estep is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at UFP Site Built, overseeing the profit and loss of specific locations and managing production, sales, and administration functions. Prior to this, Jason worked at CHARLOTTE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL as the Director of Football Operations & Assistant Athletic Director, leading a team of coaches and handling program responsibilities. Before that, Jason was with the Kansas City Royals as the Strength & Conditioning Coach / Minor League Coordinator, where Jason supervised other coaches and developed athletes. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education Wellness from Eastern Kentucky University.
