Leanne Gervais

Leanne Gervais has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Customer Support Manager at UFS Tech since March 2016, where responsibilities include leading a team to assist community bankers with application inquiries and conversions. Prior to this role, Leanne held various positions at UFS Tech, including Operations Manager and Customer Support Analyst, where skills in project management and knowledge of banking applications were developed. From February 2003 to March 2016, Leanne worked at Baylake Bank, managing financial centers and supporting commercial banking, which involved preparing loan documents and addressing customer inquiries.
