Susan Bickert, AAP, has over 15 years of work experience in client support roles. Susan began their career at Missouri Valley Technologies in 2005 as a Senior Client Support Representative and held this position for eight years. In 2013, they joined UFS, LLC as a Client Support Analyst, where they continue to work.

Susan Bickert, AAP pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Quincy University for the duration of 1981 to 1985.
