Andrew MacFadyen

Andrew MacFadyen serves as the Regional Vice President of Engineering at UG2 since May 2023, following a decade-long tenure at Delaware North where roles included General Manager, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Manager of Facilities and Engineering. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Supervisor at EMCOR, managing facility operations for Boston Scientific sites, and as Account Manager for governmental mechanical operations in Boston. Earlier in career, Andrew MacFadyen was the Site Operations Manager for the New England Patriots, overseeing facilities services for a major sports complex. Andrew MacFadyen holds a BA/M. Ed in Sports Management with minors in Business and Economics from Springfield College.
