Craig Lusignan

Craig Lusignan, FMM, is a Facilities Manager with extensive experience in overseeing facility operations and maintenance. Currently serving at UG2 since November 2023, Craig previously held similar roles at Ambri and JLL, where responsibilities included managing skilled trades, vendor coordination, and executing cost-saving projects. Notably, during tenure as Workplace Services Manager at JLL, Craig managed a 100-acre life sciences facility and successfully implemented an RFP that saved the client over $100,000 annually. Craig also has a background as an O&M Specialist at Johnson Controls and a Carpenter at JC Kady Builders, providing a strong foundation in both maintenance and construction. Education was completed at Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School, focusing on carpentry.
