Esdras Kabunga

Esdras Kabunga currently serves as the Airport Operations Supervisor at Uganda Airlines, overseeing the planning and implementation of airport operational policies and safety regulations since June 2022. With extensive experience, Kabunga has held roles such as Flight Operations Inspector at the DRC Civil Aviation Authority since February 2016, ensuring adherence to training standards and legislation. Previous positions include Air Operations Assistant at MONUSCO, where responsibilities involved coordinating air transportation activities in alignment with UN directives, and similar roles in air operations at MONUSCO/UNOPS and WFP-UNHAS. Kabunga began a career in logistics with Congo Frontline Missions and served as Station Manager at Galaxy Kavatsi sprl, overseeing flight planning and liaising with aviation authorities. Educational qualifications include a Flight Dispatcher diploma and other degrees in project management and supply chain logistics.
