Tadeo Byabagambi

Senior Bio-medical Engineer at Uganda Cancer Institute

Tadeo Byabagambi is a Senior Bio-Medical Engineer at Uganda Cancer Institute since December 2012, responsible for the planning, coordination, budgeting, and evaluation of medical equipment and facilities. In addition, Tadeo serves as a Technical Expert and Biomedical Engineering Consultant for UNDP, focusing on health infrastructure improvement and training medical personnel in various hospitals. Previously, Tadeo worked as Chief Electrical Engineer at Achelis Uganda Limited and as Assistant National Medical Equipment Coordinator for Japan International Cooperation Agency. Tadeo holds a Master of Science in Technology Innovation and Industrial Development from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Tadeo participated in the Global Health and HIV AIDS Initiative in 2014.
