Kaweesa Kimuli Julius

Kaweesa Kimuli Julius currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Officer specializing in Talent Development at Uganda Development Bank since June 2023. With a strong background in human resources, Kaweesa previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at PostBank Uganda Ltd from May 2021 to June 2023 and held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer - Learning and Development at Exim Bank Uganda between July 2018 and May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Officer at Diamond Trust Bank, Human Capital Operations and Administration Officer at UBA UGANDA, and Human Capital Manager at Erina Bright Primary School-Makindye, alongside teaching English and Literature at St. Mary's Boarding Secondary School - Kitende. Kaweesa holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Makerere University.
