Rachael N.

Rachael N. has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Senior Credit Administration Officer at Uganda Development Bank since October 2013. In this role, Rachael N. manages the credit administration function and oversees loan documentation compliance. Prior to this position, Rachael N. worked at Global Trust Bank Uganda in various capacities, including as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Head of Product Development, as well as Head of Operational Risk, where Rachael N. trained staff and developed risk management frameworks. Rachael N. began the career at Global Trust Bank as a Credit Administrator. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute, an Advanced Diploma in Risk Management in Finance and Banking from KPMG/SIDA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Economics from Makerere University.
