Eng. Proscovia Margaret NJUKI is an Electrical Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Nairobi. Eng. Njuki served the Government of Uganda in the Department of Uganda Television for 28 years and is currently serving as a Director on the Board of Multi Konsults Ltd, Mildmay Uganda and Greenhill Academy.
She is 68 years of age and has served UEGCL as an Independent Non-Executive Member for six years, since 13th November 2013. She has since January 2017 served as the Chairperson of the Board.
