Julius Peter Oringa

Julius Peter Oringa is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project planning and management. Currently serving as a Cost and Planning Engineer at Uganda National Oil Company Limited since September 2021, Julius has previously held multiple roles at Civtec Africa Ltd, including Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer from October 2015 to August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Civil Engineer at CHINA NEW ERA GROUP CORPORATION and LAMBA ENTERPRISES LTD, where significant projects included the ERA house extension project and the Jinja Regional Referral Hospital Private Wing construction. Julius began a career in civil engineering with an internship at Bujagali Energy Ltd in 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from esteemed Ugandan institutions.
