Kyakonye Geofrey

Kyakonye Geofrey is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Uganda National Oil Company Limited since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kyakonye held significant positions at PostBank Uganda Ltd, including Acting Chief HR Officer and Senior HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and talent development programs. Kyakonye's career began at Uganda Revenue Authority, progressing from Human Resources Officer to Senior HR Officer in Organizational Development, with a strong focus on organizational structure assessment and change management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management Studies and a postgraduate diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Makerere University.
